Shipping and Returns


    The item described will be the item you are purchasing. 

    As every item is handmade it may have some irregularities that are not considered faults. I am vigorous with quality control and will not offer a product for sale if I consider it flawed or faulty. However, should you not be happy with your purchase or you identify a fault in any product I will happily refund the payment on return of the item. Please email me about this as soon as possible


     New Zealand's domestic postal service  has returned to normal.

    Postage to Australia, and the rest of the world, is delayed , and prices have increased.​​.

    All items shipped within NZ, will be shipped with NZ Post, with a tracking service. The utmost care will be taken in packaging  to prevent breakage. If there is a breakage however, please contact me immediately and send a photo of the broken item. Because my pieces are 'one off' a replacement will not be possible, however a similar item might be available to replace your original purchase, otherwise  a refund will be arranged.

    Because we work actively to save the planet, whenever possible packing materials will be recyclable or repurposed. Packing 'peanuts' are compostable.

    Shipping will take 3-10 working days, depending where you are.
