All items will be shipped with NZ Post, with a tracking service (within NZ)

Shipping will take generally 3-4 working days, depending where you are.

The utmost care will be taken in packaging  to prevent breakage.

If there is a breakage however, please contact me immediately and send a photo of the broken item. Because my pieces are 'one off', a replacement will not be possible, however a similar item might be available to replace your original purchase. A refund will be arranged otherwise.

Because we work actively to save the planet, whenever possible packing materials will be recyclable or repurposed. Our packing 'peanuts' are compostable.
