The Earth Bottles  have been coil built, using different clay bodies,... then carved to expose the raw beauty of the clay, faceted to reflect light and shadow, then decorated with a simple Mishima thread of porcelain slip.  This pattern imitates  the single white veins of quartz or silica found in river stones and pebbles, often appear scribbled on, and magical.
