My exploration of the bottle form was inspired by the simple, elegant bottles found in Georgio Morandi's art works. The form has a stillness and beauty , which belies their utilitarian purpose. 
The White Bottles are formed by adding  minerals and iron sand to white clay, and coiled to  produce simple  forms that appear like stalactites. They are then glazed to soften the appearance of the surface.
